a patchwork fairytale, a mixtape of sorts, a stream of consciousness, “anemic divinations” is an album made entirely out of Voice Memos/Unused Demos/Found Sounds spanning back to 2017, featuring jams/collaborations from friends of different places. I took these recordings, repurposed and recontextualized them. The result is raw, beautiful, messy, and 100% made from spontaneous creativity or working out an idea. The goal was to showcase the core of a creative idea and the beauty of raw improvisation without any agenda, before anything gets reworked, polished, produced.
